ConfidentMinds specializes in promoting special talents. In the special case of "underachievement", we pave the way from talent to performance. ConfidentMinds promotes the development of AI literacy and AI future skills in business and education.

Dealing with and leveraging artificial intelligence and generative AI tools will become future skills of mankind. Tools like ChatGPT open up huge potentials. In best-case scenarios, AI will enable us to design our work process more efficiently, achieve higher quality in work and learn in more self-determined ways. The promotion of talent, too, will benefit from the use of artificial intelligence.

When highly gifted children do not perform up to their talents and capabilities, underachievement syndroms develop, often leaving students profoundly discouraged, shying away from responsibility and dependent in their functioning.

ConfidentMinds’ mission is to empower students and their parents with strategies aimed at preventing trends of underachievement, and with programs to understand and successfully reverse underachievement syndroms. Based on a clearly person-oriented approach, in-depth working experience with several hundreds of talented students, and state-of-the-art academic knowledge in promoting the gifted, ConfidentMinds offers extracurricular, highly dynamic programs to lead bright kids to educational success.

The programs allow for prioritizing immediate and important school challenges, while at the same time pursuing long-term goals like rebuilding confidence and self-esteem, developing core learning competencies and re-assuming personal control over school success. Talent support programs at ConfidentMinds mainly focus on meta-cognitive skills, which help organize and steer effort and behavior towards academic success.

Since 2007, ConfidentMinds | Barbara Saring is an active member in the DGhK, the nationwide German Association for the Gifted Child. As certified “Specialist in Coaching the Gifted” and as founder of the Bavarian talent network “Münchner Zirkel Hochbegabung” / Munich Circle for Promoting the Gifted, ConfidentMinds is profoundly connected and collaborates with a wide number of professional experts in the field of giftedness. ConfidentMinds is a certified European Talent Point in the ETSN / European Talent Support Network. The talent institute gives presentations at major fairs and expositions related to gifted education and regularly contributes at national and international conferences, such as the conferences of the ECHA / European Council for High Ability.
